Objective of the Course
Participants after this course will be in a position to understand the basics of film editing and execute simple editing jobs and understand the nuances of filmmaking from the editing perspective. This course mainly aims at students or professionals who cannot afford a 3 year long advanced course in Editing.

Demand Draft (Non-refundable) of Rs. 1000/-, drawn in favour of “Satyajit ray Film & Television Institute” payable at Kolkata should be deposited during registration.
How to apply
The candidate is required to download the application form from the following hyper-link and fill it in her/his own handwriting.
The hard copy of the filled up application form along with attested & original copies of all pass certificates/mark sheets up to HS or above, reservation certificate (if applicable) are to be carried in person to SRFTI Campus on 25.03.2019 for registration at 10:30 a.m. followed by an interview. The applicants are also required to carry the demand draft of Rs. 1000/- for the application fee along with two passport size photograph & photo ID.
Admission
Admission will take place between 25.03.2019 and 28.03.2019.Classes will start from the 30/03/2019.
