A fictional Indian city. All appearances are deceptive, corrupt. A private detective tries to procure some incriminating documents related to a dam building project for an NGO activist with a scar on her face. He is obviously in love with her. One day the scar mysteriously disappears when he vomits on her after drinking too much.
A child is eaten by rats at a local hospital. The doctor prays to Sheetala Mata who restores the baby. The gangster is after the detective. A gun is fired… A kaleidoscopic ride through a rotten landscape of images. |
