Organization Chart

The organization chart of the Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute displays the hierarchical structure of the institute. At the top is the Soceiety followed by Executive Council, headed by the Vice-Chancellor, then the academic departments – Cinematography, Direction & Screenplay Writing, Editing, Sound Recording & Design, Producing for Film & Television, and Animation Cinema in the film wing and Cinematography for EDM, Direction & Producing for EDM, Writing for EDM, Editing for EDM, EDM Management and Sound for EDM. There are also administrative wings including Accounts, Administration, Maintenance, IT and Library, as well as tutorial for student services and other technical units. Each department head reports to the Vice-Chancellor, ensuring coordination between academic and administrative functions.
