General Instructions for Selected Candidates – Admission 2026
All students who have been selected for admission to SRFTI and FTII Itanagar for the academic year 2026 are hereby informed that the following documents are required to be submitted at the time of admission:
General Bond
Undertaking by Student
Declaration by Parent/Guardian
AFFIDAVIT
Undertaking & Declaration by the Guardian / Parent for Film,SRFTI
Undertaking & Declaration by the Guardian / Parent for EDM, SRFTI
Undertaking and Declaration by the Guradian / Parent for FTII, Itanagar
General-Bond for SRFTI
General Bond FTII, ItanagarMedical Certificate
Important:
All the above documents must be executed on a minimum Rs. 10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper and should be duly Notarized.
Students are advised to keep the original documents ready and submit them along with other admission documents on the day of reporting.
