SRFTI Calls for Proposals from Alumni & Faculty for Commissioning of Feature & Short/Non-Feature Films under DCDFC Scheme
Satyajit Ray Film & Television Institute (SRFTI) invites proposals from its alumni and faculty members for the commissioning of Feature Films and Short/Non-Feature Films under the DCDFC Scheme.
The initiative aims to encourage and support innovative cinematic and audiovisual projects while promoting creative excellence and emerging storytelling voices from the SRFTI community.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from:

SRFTI Alumni
Film Wing: 11th to 17th Batch
EDM Wing: 1st to 5th Batch
and
-
Faculty Members of SRFTI & FTII Itanagar
Special Focus on North East India
Projects originating from or representing North East India will receive special priority and consideration under this initiative.
Application Process
Applications must be submitted online only through the prescribed application form. The application link is available in the accompanying notification/comment section.
Re-application Clause
Applicants who had applied previously are welcome to apply again. However, they are requested to submit a fresh and new project proposal instead of previously submitted projects.
Last Date for Submission
15th July 2026
