Proud Moment for SRFTI: Five Alumni Win Prestigious National Awards

This achievement is a testament to the talent and dedication of our alumni. We’re beaming with pride to see our alumni excel in the film industry! Christo Tomy’s “Ullozhukku” was named Best Malayalam Film. Dominic Sangma’s “Rimgodittanga” won Best Garo Film. Shubharun Sengupta took home the award for Best Sound Design in the Non-Feature Film category for “Dhundhgiri Ke Phool”. Meenakshi Soman won Best Cinematography in the Non-Feature Film category for the Tamil film “Little Wings”. Congratulations to all the winners! Wishing them continued success and happiness! Saravanamaruthu Soundarapandi was awarded posthumously (passed away in 2022 at the age of 32) for the Non-Feature Film category for the Tamil film “Little Wings” too.
